American Eagle Outfitters tapped 14 real people for its Live Your Life campaign in a celebration of individual style. Participants include bloggers, stylists, artists, musicians, students and athletes, all modelling a different style of jeans. The campaign includes 30-second TV spots where the model explains how they live their life and what type of jeans they like, and online shoppable photos of each model’s outfit. The retailer is also running a Live Your Life contest and giving shoppers the opportunity to be in the spring 2013 campaign by submitting a photo and answering style questions, which they can then share on social media platforms to gain votes.
